Wonder why Avalon Code Enforcement does not actually enforce. Police are supposed to pick up the slack after hours and they won't touch it either. The result: trailers left on streets overnight, uncovered dumpsters parked in front of adjacent homes instead of in the construction zone, trash blowing all over, blocked sidewalks, unmarked construction sites and more. Come on Avalon, you can do better!
