While freedom of speech is allowed, I do not agree with a teacher in our township participating in protests and posting on Facebook to defund police. The Middle Township Police Department has done an extraordinary job in our community and the Police Officers in our schools are people who our children look up to. Sending this message in our community is hateful and discriminating.
