A disgusting amount of smoking and vaping on the beach this year. Open underage drinking too. I've not seen a single cop walking the beach. I know there is a summer cop shortage, so how abou the full timers leave the a/c of the station and cars. I am a resident taxpayer and would like to see the laws enforced.
