A large franchise is not enforcing the mask mandate. Two patrons were at the customer service counter, one was coughing, and they were both not wearing masks. Management knew about the situation and did not ask them to leave. This lack of action placed their employees and their patrons at risk. If people do not abide by the rules, the virus may never end!
