I recently retired to what I thought was a nice quiet development in North Cape May from New York. Boy I wish I spent more time investigating development's residents. Across the way there’s neighbors who have a big back yard but use their driveway as a playground with a blow up pool and blowup house. Must be from the city. Behind me is a family with beautiful home with kids parties all night and I have to listen and look at their outside flat screen tv blaring all hours. Motto is never trust a realtor and visit all hours before purchasing.
