Why is illegal parking so rampant in Avalon? You can't see traffic, bikes , or pedestrians crossing the street. They park up to the corner in the "business district " Some park all day everyday for over 7 hours in the two hour only parking zone. Wawa on July 3rd people parked past the corners, double parked on the side streets. A kid on a bike riding down the sidewalk on Ocean Drive almost ran me over and told me I had to get out of his way.
