Why does the County of Cape May,continually hire retired police for various positions? It's bad enough that all collect large pensions,along with life time benefits from the Taxpayers of their respective municipality. Recently, it showed where our unemployment is 26.6%.So,it looks as if the Freeholders are adding to this rate. By giving a job to someone who needs it,the unemployment would shrink & double dipping would stop. So,the next time one of the Freeholders are up for reelection go with someone else,who will stop this practice.
