Once again, Sea Isle officials talk a good game. There is no cracking down on drinking on the beach and no cracking down on bicycles on the promenade as stated by city officials. I was on the promenade July 31 and there were at least 20 bikes on it. Not a policeman in sight. You should not say that there will be a crackdown on these problems, but do nothing about it.
