When is North Wildwood going to implement a no-smoking policy on the beach? There is nothing worse than sitting on the beach when someone lights up a cigarette or cigar upwind from you. After they are finished with whatever they are smoking, they proceed to discard their butts in the ocean or just throw them in the sand. Enforcement can be paid for by raising the price of parking meters or implement a nominal beach tag charge.
