To a spouter from Rio Grande: How do you know Mayor Clark's son-in-law isn't qualified for the road department? Did you ask the same question when it was announced that Tim Donohue will be in charge of the county Road Department? Tim was a cook, not a chef, as he stated when he first started in politics. He has no experieince for this job, but it's politics!
