In response to negative Villas spouts: You are correct in many respects. But you should know I am extremely proactive and very aware of what is going on in the area as well as reporting issues accordingly. However many departments within Lower are very apathetic. Example: On one occasion I attempted to give information on a mobile meth lab to two police officers. They would not take the information, telling me to, I believe, call the county Prosecutor's Office. Sure, like there would be a response on a weekend. Fortunately, they were arrested by another jurisdiction for other offenses.
