Recently there were three properties sold in Middle Township for a total of $32.1 million. Those properties included a Shopping Plaza, an import company and a restaurant. How will the rent they now pay be changed and could there be future vacancies? There are a number of commercial properties in the township vacant and I would like to know what plans our elected officials have to recruit new business to fill current openings. There are other communities in this state with vacant shopping malls and things there are at a standstill for years. What will happen in Middle Township?
