I totally disagree with a previous DT spouter. The rec. program is a huge reason why families move and stay here in DT, not the other way around. It takes a lot to run a program successfully and smoothly and it is our job as parents to make sure we do our part. So if you missed a deadline, the fault lies with you and not the program, staff or volunteers. "Personal responsibility" instead of finger pointing needs to start happening.
