To an Avalon spouter about going to the borough website to read about the poles: You are obviously either an employee of the borough, a councilman or the mayor. Who else would pat the town on the back for 70-ft. metal poles? Sure, it started in 2013, and the mayor laid low for two years. There was never a public meeting or was it ever discussed at an AHLOA meeting. It's a total disgrace and has marked the town forever. Hold the politicians accountable, don't give them a pass!
