I am still in awe of the so-called "Recycling Center" based on Oak Avenue in North Wildwood. Yes, about 17 years ago it was indeed a recycling center. This monstrosity is now literally a dump centered in a residential neighborhood. I can't believe the city is able to get away with this. Where is the EPA? I am sure there is a better location for all of this trash! Also, isn't there an ordinance on the books that no work is to be started until after 8 a.m.? Tired of the dumpsters being emptied and moved at 7 a.m.!
