What a Court House spouter fails to understand with regards to Cruz ads is this: the executive branch appoints Supreme Court Justices, these justices interpret the Constitution. If the executive appoints a justice that interprets the Constitution in a limited manor, then in fact the executive, and a vote for that executive does erode the first, second, and every other constitutional provision.
