To a spouter from Stone Harbor about the new poles creating health problems: The poles are being replaced, not the power lines! They are the same lines that are attached to the wooden ones. If you think you will be bombarded by ELF radiation with higher poles, wouldn't the ELF have radiated then with the shorter poles?
