Cape May

As per a Herald news article, three people were arrested in Rio Grande for allegedly setting up a prostitution ring in one of Middle's "voucher motels." How could Social Services give homeless vouchers to three young people with no ties to Cape May County? No background checks or drug tests given before handing these people vouchers? Seems like Social Services just goes though the motions, handing out "freebies" to anyone. This program needs to be investigated.
