Bravo to the spout about many restaurants, hotels, and golf clubs not recycling. There seems to be very little effort to recycle everywhere I go; other businesses, schools, public areas. Do taxpayers realize that it is our tax dollars that pays to trash this stuff? All the glass, metal, plastic, and paper (very heavy) would be free to dump if it were delivered to our recycling facility. Where are the municipalities in enforcement and education?
