Regarding the Jan. 27 Herald article about the South Dennis ARC and open space funding, the Arc appears to qualify for restoration funding by the county, but the zoning questions still remain unresolved by Dennis Twp. officials whether the ARC will now be doing weddings, etc. outside the scope of permitted land use.
