Will someone please explain why we need 8-foot wide ramps built along North Cape May, Town Bank and Villas bay front in the sand dunes? And Lower Township is referring to these ramps as 'emergency ramps?' Huh? Is this the first back-door step in building the boardwalk that visitors and their cronies have been pushing for these past several years? There is said to be a vote on this project in February; can the residents who are on vacation do an absentee vote? How are the residents going to be notified when it comes up for a vote? What emergency requires a ramp; not in Town Bank!
