To the person claiming the ATV riders in South Dennis are on "private property:" How do you think the riders are getting to and from this property? The answer is, they are driving, often recklessly, on public roadways. They fly up and down Hoffman and Gravel Hole regularly. I've personally seen them buzzing past young children on bikes, buses, people walking dogs, etc. This is a residential area, and their actions are not only illegal, they are also extremely dangerous.
