One needs to take into consideration not only the additional $500k to construct this feature but also the annual $500k to maintain it - additional equipment to buy (lawn mowers, edgers, blowers, truck, trailer for equipment) plus additional pay for additional workers, part time or full time. North Wildwood adds the head count to their parks & recreation dept for the landscaping. $500K annual maintenance that currently does not exist in the Crest.
