We here in North Wildwood enjoy our parks and recreation and especially our garden areas on Central Ave. The park you refer to would have been more housing just like North Jersey. Park areas increase our property values and may not be enjoyed quite as often during the off-season as in the summer, but I imagine neither is Central Park. On a side note anyone pointing a camera at a kids' park seems a little perverted to me.
