Even this time of year at North Wildwood seawall early Dec. 6, dog owners are causing problems. I witnessed a father and his two young sons walking down to the beach to fish at 1st and Surf Ave., and an old man let his dog loose on the beach, chasing the family, and the father told the man to leash his dog, and there's a leash law, and the old man still wouldn't respect the family to stop his dog from barking and chasing them. I heard the old guy say, "What's the big deal, who cares and whatever."
