In regards to recent spouts about teens at the Court House library, it is truly a shame when people take the bad behavior of a few and say that it is everyone. I do not believe all parents "dump" their kids there, some kids live where there is no neighborhood or other kids, and the library provides a central location for teens to socialize. Many walk there after school and do not study, but in my experience many of these teens are polite, respectful and just want to spend some quality time together before heading home for hours of homework. Maybe you forget what it's like to be a teen.
