During the recent Jazz Festival in town, parking was scarce. However, where the 'Parking for Resident Only' signs are located, visitors could not park. I thought these are seasonal and anyone can park there after Nov. 1. If so, why isn't this stated on the signs? Best of all, they should be removed until whenever they go into effect again. Same with meters that many people put money into.
