There have been many previous spouts questioning the reasoning for the thumbs up/down feature, preponderantly negative. Since it does not exist in the paper edition, why not just eliminate it completely, thereby lowering the blood pressure of many offended readers who cannot grasp the meanness, lack of compassion and cynicism of certain readers?
