Could not agree more with the nepotism/kinship spout in reference to Wildwood. Do some research into what happened with the proposed "incredible" beach project with PointBreak, LLC, which, as per usual, has resulted in a lawsuit against the city. Google it if you have not heard about this. The negotiator of this "deal" is a relative of council.
