While reading Spout Off to find out what's going on in my town, I came across one talking about the treatment received at the tax and utilities office in Stone Harbor. I do have to agree, that is until my last visit and a new girl took care of me. She was helpful and most of all polite. What a breath of fresh air! I forget your name, but thank you!
