Could not agree more with the spouter looking for a change in Avalon Beach Patrol leadership. The basic guiding principle is that if an activity is fun it quickly becomes non-permitted. The quality of the guards is frightening, just watch them try to run the beach during a rescue. Many are out of breath and they only run a couple of blocks.
