Be vigilant! Call the police when something is not right! Get a cheap, pay-as-you-go telephone, the same as the addicts use. This way there is no way of identifying the caller. Call L&I if the properties are not being maintained and are in violation. A majority are rentals. Put pressure on the L&I to pursue the property owner. Too many sit back and complain and are not proactive. If they have children, call DCF and be very descriptive about the environment along with safety and welfare concerns for the children. More added pressure to move on.
