I will never be able to sell my house now in Villas because of the way my neighborhood has turned out. Terrible renters, absentee landlords, no one taking pride in their home and property, illegals who don't even try to be a nice neighbor, they don't even try to be part of the area. I will have to almost give my house away, or throw the keys on the front lawn and drive away.
