Has the Avalon Beach Patrol considered eliminating "boogie" board beaches? This would be a good way to reduce crowded beach areas for families. People would not have to congregate at designated beach areas because one wants to use a board.
Moderator's Note: According to Avalon's municipal website there are protected beaches, raft beaches and surf beaches, but no "boogie board" beaches.
