I've always taken my kids to 12th Street to use the surfing beach, and am very unhappy to see that it has been relocated to 3rd Street where there is a huge pipe. We saw a little girl ride a foam surfboard into it and now we will be going elsewhere! I will not let my kids near that rusty pipe!
