Someone with no experience should make less than $40,000, not $75,000, specially when the parish will need to put this administrator in a college educational program to learn the job. The pastor never advertised the position to attract qualified applicants which would benefit the parish. Positions need to be posted. Hiring this individual and changing the committee memberships is a sign that the pastor wants cart blanche with the budget.
