Everything costs so much money, but you think that it is smart to provide your free time to others while they drain your bank account? I am a rescue EMT with a squad in Hunterdon County; we are unpaid, but we bill insurance because it is simply not sustainable to operate costly machines and equipment at the mercy of donations and tax money.
