I'm a homeowner in SIC and I understand the need for dunes, but wait till everyone gets a load of the dunes that are being constructed. They are so high that unless you are at least 6-feet tall you will not be able to see either the beach or the ocean from the promenade. I walked up to the beach at 34th and Central and was astonished to see the result. It is absolutely horrendous.
