Two days in a row there were spouts about speeding in Avalon. It's simple: No town administrators have any interest in protecting the residents and the visitors! They see no upside to this; it will go away in another six weeks and no more spouts. When you have the ratables of Avalon and only 500 voters, the "team" only has to make sure they show up to vote. The people in general who pay the most taxes have no say in the borough governance. When you allow non-enforcement of the traffic laws, you get more lawbreakers.
