City of Wildwood needs a new appraisal. My current appraisal was spot on when received, exactly our asking price. However, now we have reduced asking price one third and offers are one half; obviously it is not worth near what I pay taxes for, and not the only property, just read property transfers in this paper, values are decreasing.
