The Wildwood Crest lifeguards are all professional and helpful. The lieutenants in the trucks have years of experience. They bring the emergency equipment, such as AEDs, when needed. They find lost children, tend to jellyfish stings, pull out splinters and try to keep sometimes obnoxious beach goers in control, all from their roaming truck. Some of them are still able to compete and even excel over their 20-year-old counterparts.
