Forgive me for seeming judgmental, but I feel that I am detecting some alcohol problems in some spouts. Someone foolishly wants the BAC level raised for DUI. .08 is the nationally-recognized standard. It is easy, just don't drink and drive. I detect the same problem in the people who are all concerned about liquor licensing; desiring more bars and cheaper drinks. Yes, I drink alcohol but I don't see it as a major part of my life. I live in a dry town and don't mind not having drinks every day. I see too much emphasis on alcohol in those spouts.
