Cape May Court House

It is absurd what both a Middle Township and Avalon spouter have opined that there should be unrestricted liquor sales. As someone else noted, the cost of licensing does not have any significant "per drink" price increase to the consumer, and as another spouter noted, alcohol, although often viewed as a friendly beverage, is a dangerous substance that merits governmental supervision, even if only at a minimal level. In this immediate area, only Delaware does not have a population quota for awarding liquor licenses, but still maintains close supervision of licensed establishments.
