Avalon

I foresee a sad end to our way of life in CMCo. Our year-round residents are divided into three groups; the elderly/pensioners, the welfare dependent, and the struggling middle class families. As the elderly die off, their valuable homes, both on and off shore, will be snapped up by speculators who capitalize on the summer tourist industry. Costs will continue to rise, forcing out the middle class families and we will be left with barrier-island communities devoid of productive, year-round residents, and off shore communities too dangerous to live in. Does anyone have a plan to stop this?
