There have been a lot of South Jersey Gas propaganda ads in newspapers lately promoting a new gas line to the B.L. England power plant. We don't need the pipeline because we don't need the power plant. Enough electricity is produced by power plants in N.J. and surrounding states to make the B.L. England plant obsolete. Electricity is transported state to state through power lines, so the power doesn't have to come from a local power plant. The B.L. England power plant should close because it isn't needed.
