I see a letter was forwarded to Mayor Groon clearing the police of the alleged "slush" fund accusation and any "under-handed" actions by the captain and his crew. Looks like another winner for the good guys! Some people just don't understand when to say "uncle;" they just keep losing and getting beat down.
