To the spouter asking about making a chief in Wildwood Crest: There are several very capable officers in the Crest, the problem is civil service restricts who can be promoted. The capable candidates are not in a position to be promoted so the department is "stuck" in the situation they are in. It won't get any better anytime soon either. Too bad the politicians didn't stand up and take a stance to prevent the department's current demise. They had their opportunity.
