Publisher Art Hall is correct. The only way to lower taxes is to consolidate police, fire, ambulance and 911 call centers under county government. Many towns, such as the Wildwoods, Cape May, Cape May Point and West Cape May should have one town government for all services. Route 55 should be completed and corridor roads in the county upgraded for wider shoulders and sidewalks to provide safe passage for autos, bikes and pedestrians.
