Why does the township allow the huge junk sale to occur on Townbank Road in violation to the rules printed on the yard sale application form. It states only three per year and this location has four or five. It states only two consecutive days and this sale goes on for five or more days sometimes. It is obvious that this is not someone just cleaning out their garage, but using it as a money-making business. Do they pay taxes on these sales? It makes the neighborhood look horrible and causes traffic problems on Townbank Road.
