I would like to correct the local newpapers who do not perform any investigative reporting: The Bill Henfey Park is beautiful with the $1 million in upgrades paid for with a half cent property tax increase last year. The land, though, was never in danger of being purchased by a developer, either the past few years or during the real estate boom of the 2002 to 2007 period.
